Be Golden, 2025, Mixed media on wood, with diamond dust and Resin, 24” x 24”, $3,800
I woke up one morning, many years ago with a burning desire to paint. It came out of nowhere. It was really shocking – even to me! What seemed just a whim became my life’s work.
I have explored many different styles through this artistic journey, including oils, photography/oils; from abstraction to semi realism and back to abstraction with spray paint and resin.
My newest works are Mixed media. Made with French/European fashion magazines. My own photos-altered digitally. Spraypaint Acrylics, Oils/oil sticks. Stencils-Commercial & my own. With a hand poured resin coating.
A new vibe. As I posted on social media, ‘Some things luxe. Some things not. Things I love to see. Things I love to touch. Passionate to the core.’ #fashionartculture.
About 10 years ago, I decided to share my passion for painting. And I have mentored foster teenage girls at the SOS children’s villages in Coconut Creek, Florida through painting, hoping to make a difference in their lives. I have to believe this experience is as rewarding for me as it is for them.
My work is in many private and corporate collections. My paintings have been selected for shows in Embassy collections in Moscow, Estonia, and Qatar, and have been exhibited in many art fairs across the country including Art Miami, Concept Art Fair,Miami, and Art on Paper,Pier 36 NYC, Context Art Miami, Art Expo NYC.
